It all started when we ran out of space to store our own collectibles and  became tired of  damp, dusty garages, handshake rentals and more importantly my wife's treadmill being stored way too close to my 69 1/2 Super Bee.

We began by purchasing a 12 acre parcel of  property utilizing 60,000 square ft of “hangar” style buildings, originally used to manufacture military airplane parts.

We installed hundreds of fire suppression sprinkler heads, a central alarm system to deter any unwanted visitors and warn against fires, state of the art video surveillance cameras to keep a watchful eye on your "Toys" as well as ours.  We then proceeded to apply lots of paint to the walls & ceilings,  coated the floors with 4 layers of dragon fire red epoxy, trucked in tons of asphalt, cement, railroad ties & cinderblocks and finished with a "Zen Landscaping design"  and a electronic gate access system entering our property, thus creating a peaceful surrounding for our "guests" and visitors.

We ended up shedding lots of sweat and a few tears, & even got in shape as a result of our dedication to getting our hands "dirty". We honestly believe that you and your "significant other" will feel younger & refreshed after a visit to our Hot Rod Hotel.

We offer safe, secure, clean & affordable storage for your prized possessions as well as our own. We strive to provide this service “old school” style with a smile.

From Mopars to Mercedes, Porsches to Pontiacs & Fords to Ferraris, we promise to respectfully treat all makes & models under one thankfully huge roof. We even have a special place for your motorcycle in our "hotel".

Those of us with multiple "Toys", we can accommodate a limited number of power boats & motorhomes for indoor seasonal storage. There is also a separate building lined with self storage units from 5x5 to 10x15 as well as an outdoor area for Boat & RV storage. Why go anywhere else? In a nutshell, we can store any one of your prized possessions with the exception of your spouse.

We do not have a clubhouse, lounge, espresso machine or seasonal cocktail party but we do have clean restrooms, fresh air and actually cook great lunches daily (two retired chefs on premise) for the guys, so if you time it right you may enjoy a great meal once in a while or at least the distant aroma of some great cooking.

The Hot Rod Hotel is conveniently located in Westchester County, New York - just 2 minutes off Route 9 & only 12 minutes from the Bear Mountain Bridge. Therefore - New Jersey, Connecticut and the Great Island of Manhattan are just a mere hop, skip & relaxing ride away.

For the NYC folks who have exotics and are tired of paying too much for too little during the off season, drop off your car for a "vacation" and come visit anytime via Metro North Hudson Line. We are 5 minutes away from the Peekskill station and will most likely pick you up if you ask nicely.

In order to make your life less complicated, we are more than willing to act as a concierge for any outside services that need to be performed on your 'Toys" while  under our supervision. We can even recommend some great experts in the area that we have relationships with to do specific projects during your stay with us.

* We have our own enclosed car trailers & assorted boat trailers for those of you who prefer door-to-door or door-to-dock service.

* We offer in-house hand washing, complete interior & exterior detailing using Griot’s Garage Products exclusively,  we offer fluid checks & long term storage preparation to keep you & your auto content.

To keep us on the auto cutting edge and more importantly as an excuse to travel around the country a half dozen times a year, the Hot Rod Hotel is a NYS licensed auto dealer as well as being affiliated with the soon to open New Rochelle Chevrolet. We always have an eclectic selection of collectibles for sale on premises, as well as many of our clients autos & boats for sale on consignment

We plan on hosting some car related events in the near future on the property to help out some of our favorite not-for-profit organizations as well as do some car buff bonding.
