MONTHLY AUTO STORAGE
$200 PER MONTH
Unlimited access during business hours with a minimum of 24 hours notice

SEASONAL STORAGE
$190 PER MONTH -- 6 month minimum - limited access

AIR CHAMBER STORAGE
$250 PER MONTH
We provide the drive-in air chamber and a preferred indoor location for a continuous airflow vehicle storage system with filtered air and environmentally sealed conditions -- The Ultimate in collectible car preservation.

LONG TERM "PROJECT" STORAGE
$180 PER MONTH -- very limited access.

TWO CAR STORAGE PACKAGE
$375 PER MONTH
We provide your own 4-post SuperLift and the space directly underneath for a second automobile. (No repairs permitted by clients on these lifts.)

Automobiles in excess of 19 feet are subject to a $12 per foot additional monthly charge.
Motorcycle storage is available at $125 per month. Ask about our boat and rv rates.
Indoor and Outdoor storage is available to accommodate your personal auto trailer or transport
Vehicles are available for pick-up or drop-off during our normal business hours of 8AM - 6PM
An alternate vehicle can be left on our premises while you use your vehicle that is stored with us.
A designated 4-post lift in our own shop is available to our clients on an hourly rental basis for non-mechanical work on personal vehicles stored with us. Ask about the details.
Full liability insurance must be maintained on your vehicle / boat / rv during your stay with us.

Additional Services

Detailing Services - interior / exterior / undercarriage / engine compartment
Transportation service - we offer all of our guests who reside in the NY-NJ-CT area, our vehicle / boat pick-up and delivery service to and from our Hotel at a $75 flat rate plus $4.00 per mile traveled one way. This service can also be used for our Valet / Concierge program.
Weekend Check Up - fluid levels / tire pressures / wash - chamois dry
Battery Service - tenders - dis-connects - charging
Concierge Services - scheduling and documenting of on-premise as well as off-premise work to be performed on your automobile / boat
Long Term Storage Prep - "Winterization" / fuel stabilizer / tire service / battery disconnect / interior mold-mildew absorbant packs
Upholstery / Interiors - from repairs, re-covers, and carpet installation to complete interiors - stock or custom, we have a talented craftsman on premise. He has been doing excellent work on our own cars and we gave him his own workshop. Your car never leaves the premises and the work is guaranteed.

Complimentary Peekskill Train Station Pick-Up / Drop-Off

We are conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Metro North (Hudson Line)-Peekskill Train Station. We will gladly drop you off at the station when you bring up your automobile for storage and we will even pick you up at the station with a little advance notice whenever you decide to visit or drive your automobile while it is under our care.
NYC RESIDENTS...Give your exotic or collectible a vacation this year and save more than a few bucks to boot! We offer the perfect solution to off season storage and preservation of your seasonally driven Porsche, BMW or Exotic Automobile. Our facility speaks for itself and the monthly savings compared to NYC average parking rates over a 6 month period are in the thousands of dollars. We can arrange to pick-up your vehicle at your garage in one of our enclosed trailers or you can take a beautiful 45 minute drive to our "Hotel" and will send you back to Manhattan on Metro North.
